A seasoned professional with a Texas A&M background and 30+ years of experience, Phil Hamner embodies precision and perfection. He's known for his attention to detail, striving to excel from the first attempt. When Fridays roll around, Phil embraces the Aloha spirit, fashion included.
With her Texas Tech education and over two decades in the construction field, Matilde Resendiz is an authority in customer service, system training, and analytics. She's been instrumental in helping develop Premier's ERP, enhancing procedures and processes across all branches to optimize customer expectation and service.
A Texas A&M graduate with over three decades in the construction industry, Wes Migura is a devoted Texan. Specializing in Trim & Door services, Wes infuses his 'how can I help' attitude into his managerial role and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. His passion for his work is as distinct as the maroon of his alma mater.
Jordan Beard, an Auburn Tiger with a 10-year background in law enforcement, harnesses his leadership and development expertise to drive his team at Premier Stair & Door towards new heights. Despite being relatively new to the Trim & Door service, Jordan consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction with knowledge as he builds his team for the DFW market needs.

With over 20 years in the construction industry, Bret's passion for numbers and efficiency fuels his team to conquer their daily tasks and meet the customer’s needs.
Having served in various roles in the DFW Branch, Richard Escobedo is well-versed in all things Premier Stair & Door. As the Operations Manager of the rapidly expanding Austin Branch, Richard is committed to serving his customers effectively while leveraging Premier's strengths and effectiveness.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Hollie McClellan thrives in the ebb and flow of operational challenges. An outdoor lover and musician at heart, she approaches every day as a new adventure. Her recent five years in a large building materials and construction solutions company add to her robust expertise. A proud Houston native, Hollie finds joy in guiding her team to deliver top-notch customer service with efficiency and excellence.
